**Description**:
We’re Dragons Group, a creatively driven, independent agency working with global brands to deliver bold, strategically led content. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Growth Director who’s passionate about new business, creative agency life, and building lasting client relationships.

In this role, you’ll drive our growth efforts: from lead generation and pitches to boosting our industry presence and shaping new client partnerships. This is your chance to sit at the heart of our next phase of expansion, working closely with leadership to win exciting new opportunities and showcase the best of Dragons.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead new business and build high-value client relationships
- Drive pitches and proposals from start to finish
- Expand Dragons’ visibility across social, industry events, and marketing channels

**Requirements**:

- 5-7 years’ experience in creative, advertising, or new business roles
- A natural connector who thrives on building relationships
- Commercially minded with a passion for creative growth
- Pitch and proposal experience (bonus if you’ve won big)
