**What do we do?**

The Growth Team is the main responsible for defining and developing the growth strategy of the company. Identify and develop international geographical expansion opportunities and new growth channels. Explore “grey label” opportunities, resellers partnerships, joint ventures, and other growth strategies by market. We are looking for a Growth Director who helps the team in coordinating the company’s resources to develop new growth levers for the company.

**What will you do?**
- Identify most attractive markets and propose how to enter via strategic partners, B2B, resellers or other marketing acquisition channels.
- Support the negotiation of large potential agreements with strategic partners in markets and set up standard agreements, value propositions and tech solutions for medium size partners.
- Set up and coordinate call centre, internal operational processes, finance needs and procedures to develop the business.
- Define and lead the operational processes that are required for the new channels
- Coordinate marketing efforts with partners.
- Analyse M&A opportunities and lead PMO if applicable
- Coordinate the sign and go LIVE of new B2B agreements.
- Lead the technological roadmap to serve the B2B and reseller business.
- Lead functionally teams in Call Center, Tech and Product.

**Requirements**:

- Business development experience
- B2B transaction management proven track record
- Project Management experience
- Negotiation skills
- Effective communication
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making capabilities based on facts
- Fluency in English.

- M&A experience
