Area Leader**Misión**:
To guarantee Lluch’s level of service to its customers in order to contribute or contributing to the growth of the Organization.
**Funciones**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients that bring in the most revenue for
the company.
- Support new customer acquisition and be responsible for their effective onboarding.
- Focus on growth in alternative segments where the company may not be present.
- Attend and resolve customer complaints.
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
- Oversee customer service assigned to each customer.
- Communicate and collaborate with marketing, sales, purchasing, technical and logistics
departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Prepare reports on account performance, objectives and forecasts for the respective area.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements and prepare
customized solutions.
- Support contract negotiations with clients and meet deadlines set for the fulfillment of each
client’s long-term objectives.
- Creation of customer database
- Act as backup for the sales team
- Comply with both general and position-specific policies and procedures, as well as ensure the
completion of all tasks within scope to facilitate the achievement of company objectives.
**Requisitos**:
**EDUCATION**
- Higher education in Chemistry, Business Administration, International Business or similar.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE**
- Advanced user of Office Suite
**COMPLEMENTARY KNOWLEDGE**
- Knowledge of SAP
- Basic knowledge of international trade (incoterms).
- Knowledge in the fragrances, flavors, animal feed, cosmetics, etc. industries.
**LANGUAGES**
- Spanish: advanced
