As part of the team, you will have the responsibility of: - define key ideas, concepts and creative solutions - plan and facilitate the innovation processes - design solutions tailored to the needs of the client and project through the use of innovation, design, entrepreneurship, and digital frameworks (Open Innovation, Venture Building, Intrapreneurship, etc) - gain an understanding of venture creation - execute and follow-up of projects - ensure the achievement of established objectives - manage clients and business development **Education & Experience**: - At least 7 years previous experience in strategic, innovation or management consulting - Previous experience in project management and high performing team management - Advanced knowledge of entrepreneurship and innovation methodologies: business model innovation, design thinking, lean startup, agile... - Excellent skills to manage internal and external partners involved in the projects, to present and communicate to customers - Advanced level of English - Excellent team working skills, in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments - _Plus: _Proven experience in venture creation **Desired soft skills**: - Planning and organizational skills - Customer and service orientation - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Resolute and action-oriented. - Proactive, creative and innovative - Open-minded, flexible and open to change - Excellent team player - Curiosity, with a true interest in innovation, startups, new technologies and lifelong learning
