Let's make the world more Purple We are growing very fast, experiencing a diversification of our core activities, and therefore we are looking for a new and talented Senior Innovation Consultant to strengthen our Innovation Consulting practice in Madrid. We offer the opportunity to work in a highly talented team, experienced in a wide range of specialities, knowledge and skills, and share a common vision - "Transformation through innovation" -, a high level of expertise and clear entrepreneurial skills. As part of an ambitious transformation program, you will take part in a project which encompasses the creation and dynamization of programs and content with a focus on accelerating ideas and projects, training talent and connecting startups and entrepreneurs from an innovation point of view. **Your Duties & Responsibilities**: You will support disruptive and challenging projects and assist clients in the transformation, innovation and digitalization of their business. As part of the team, you will have the responsibility to: - Plan and follow-up innovation projects, identifying and managing risks, and engaging stakeholders -both internal and external - to ensure an impactful delivery. - Execute and monitor assigned projects’ workplans. - Contribute to the definition of key ideas, concepts, and creative solutions to improve our performance. - Design solutions tailored to the client’s needs and their associated development and implementation plans by the use of innovation, design, entrepreneurship, and digital frameworks (Open Innovation, Venture Building, Intrapreneurship, Digital transformation, Innovation Culture, Acceleration programs, etc.) and change management principles among others. - Gain an understanding of venture studio and venture creation and development. - Ensure the achievement of established objectives. - Manage clients and business development. - Elaborate client briefings and write proposals for public and private tenders (RFP/RFQ). - Facilitate innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions for ideation processes. - Develop and implement innovation strategies. - Identify emerging trends and opportunities. - Data analytics to generate insights. **Education & Experience**: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of economics, management, industrial engineering. A Master’s degree in Project management or innovation would be a plus. - At least 5/7 years of experience in strategy or innovation or business design consulting. - Proven experience in project management and in high-performance team management. - Strong skills and competencies in entrepreneurship and innovation: frameworks, models, methodologies and tools: business model innovation, design thinking, lean startup, agile, etc. - Excellent skills in managing and working in complex environments with multiple, multidisciplinary stakeholders involved in the projects. - Advanced presentation and communication skills. - Advanced level of English is a must. - Plus: Proven experience in venture creation, certification in project management, agile, scrum master. - Proven experience in open innovation, acceleration and incubation of startups and venturing. - Master of Productivity: planning and organization. - Solid project management skills. - Fluency in English. - Good ability for research and analysis. - Customer and service orientation. - Excellent team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments. - Resolutive and action-oriented. - Proactive, creative and innovative. - Open-minded, flexible and open to change. - Curious by nature, with a true interest in innovation, startups, new technologies and lifelong learning. - Leadership and enthusiasm skills to engage stakeholders. - Excellent communication and high level of presentation towards internal and external clients. - Analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to work autonomously and in teams. - Ability to write proposals for public and private tenders (RFP/RFQ). **Location**: Madrid (Hybrid)
