Nuestro cliente, firma multinacional de moda, busca un/a Encargado/a de Tienda con base en Ibiza para liderar su equipo y llevar las ventas al siguiente nível.
Como Encargado/a de Tienda, serás el/la responsable de la gestión del día a día de la tienda, incluyendo la atención al cliente, la gestión de inventario, la optimización de ventas y la supervisión del personal.
Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitas tener habilidades de liderazgo probadas, un fuerte enfoque comercial y habilidades excelentes de atención al cliente.
También deberás ser un/a apasionado/a del sector retail y estar siempre al día en las últimas tendencias del mercado.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência previa en una posición similar, preferiblemente en el sector retail moda y atención personalizada.
- Habilidad demostrada en liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
- Excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente y capacidad para crear relaciones duraderas con los clientes.
- Fuerte enfoque en la optimización de ventas y en la gestión de inventario.
- Conocimiento en el análisis de KPI´s y en la toma de decisiones basadas en los resultados.
- Pasión por el mundo retail y la moda.
