This is a hands-on role reporting to the Commercial Director with a dotted line to the E-Business & Digital Lead for the EMEA Region.

Also, you will be able to add practical experience in the Commercial Department of a Luxury House, work directly with the Commercial Director and participate in real life negotiations with the most important retailers in Spain.

At the end of the internship, you will have gained real life experience to become an Omnichannel expert in Luxury.

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:
E-business and Digital Marketing
- Identify local needs and requirements to grow the online business.
- Play an active role with Commercial Director on negotiations with Retailers to ensure best-in-class omnichannel activation packages as well as effective and performance driven investments to maximize the ROI of our activities.
- Be a key driver of the local Digital Media, Marketing and E-Merchandising activities working closely with the Marketing department, the La Prairie Regional team and our Regional, for a bigger impact on brand building activations.

Commercial Department / Omnichannel experience
- Learn the ropes of running constructive and meaningful relationships with 3rd party retailers in Spain, such as El Corte Ingles, Julia, etc.
- Support the building of effective negotiations, gaining real-life experience in this area.
- Building and maintaining effective reports to support the business from an Omnichannel perspective. Master the main KPIs used to run commercial operations in a luxury brand.

**What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent**:

- Degree in business, engineering or equivalent, with specialization in Digital Business or E-Business.
- Previous internship experience is a plus.
- Pro-efficient with GA 360, Retail Sales Dashboards, Market Data, SEO/SEM, paid media, and social campaigns.
- Understanding of key E-Business & Digital KPIs
- Good feeling and understanding for Retail, Luxury and / or FMCG business.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, enjoys working with different departments
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and using Microsoft Office in general.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
