**About the Role**:
As a CBRE Intern, you will support our Agribusiness team in a variety of areas while gaining hands-on experience in commercial real estate advisory services, with a focus on agricultural investment.

This job is part of the Agribusiness Spain team, which is responsible for supporting transactions, valuations, research, and business operations across various departments.

This is a full-time internship based in Madrid and has a duration of 6 months. Preferred academic background is in agricultural engineering or similar fields - financial knowledge would be a plus

**What You'll Do**:

- Participate in on-the-job training across different departments, including advisory, strategic consulting, research and marketing.
- Assist with project management and execution under senior leadership guidance.
- Conduct research and market analysis to support various initiatives and ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of project details, progress, and results.
- Attend and support internal meetings, seminars, and training sessions as needed.
- Provide support to management and other team members when required.

**What You'll Need**:

- Demonstrated interest in business and eagerness to learn.
- Familiarity with QGis and/or Google Earth tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work well with others.
- Flexibility to work across departments and handle a variety of tasks.
- Adaptability to change and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Fluent English communication.
