At Meliá Hotels International, we are looking for two HR Coordinators in the Human Resources Department for the hotels located in Madrid, focusing on the areas of Talent Branding & Acquisition and Learning & Talent Development.

**Your mission will be**: Ensure, under the supervision of the HR manager of the centers, the achievement of objectives at the level of recruitment, selection, training and development according to company policies and in accordance with company guidelines and coordinating with hotel management, prioritizing the implementation and monitoring of the Training and Development Plan, Climate Action Plan and the Human Resources Function and contribute to develop strategies for performance management, talent management and key competencies aligned with business objectives.

**What are we looking for?**

Graduates in Labor Relations and HR, Tourism, Psychology or similar.
Excellent ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams).
Master's degree in Human Resources or similar would be an asset.
Medium-High English level (Minimum B2).
