Ferrovial Airports is exploring the opportunity to develop a transportation network of eVTOL taxis in different sites around the world. Vertiports are a key component in realizing the enormous potential of innovations in eVTOL aviation, providing the required infrastructure for passenger and cargo services.

**Misión**:
This position aims to lead and coordinate the development of Innovation Projects within the airport industry pushing for its transformation. This role will originate the ideas; will identify new innovation opportunities and guide the business to successful conceptualise, develop and implement programmes to test and prototype cutting-edge methodologies, technologies and solutions; engaging internal and external stakeholders to assemble a team.

**Funciones**:

- Identify, develop and deliver innovation initiatives and digital transformation projects to drive business value for Ferrovial Airports.
- Manage, coordinate and monitor the project portfolio, budget and team.
- Direct responsibility for the compliance in terms of the delivery of innovation projects assigned with the support of other departments and teams of Ferrovial, Business Units and external partners.
- Work alongside the Centers of Excellence, IT, Data & Architecture, Open Innovation and Digital Hub teams to ensure proper coordination.
- Lead the relationship with the assets of Ferrovial Airports, internal teams and other business units in terms of innovation and new businesses development.

**Habilidades y experiência**:
**Requirements**:

- Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical, quantitative, or business field.
- Over 7 years of relevant experience in innovation and infrastructure areas.
- Native Spanish. Fluent English.
- Product & Solutions development, business casing and business analysis, partner management, business planning and preparing Scope of work documents, RFI-RFPs.
- Highly competent at financial modelling, impact assessment, business plan development and financial management.
- Experience in defining KPIs.
- Keen interest in transport infrastructure, mobility services and relevant enabling technologies.
- Availability to travel.
