**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the Pilot Project Manager in daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Assist in project documentation including meeting minutes, decisions, to-do lists, action trackers, and internal deadlines.
- Oversee the timely delivery of technical milestones and deliverables in line with project schedules.
- Monitor the use of project resources and assist with reviewing cost statements.
- Liaise with financial teams to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reporting.
- Assist the Pilot Project Manager to organize and facilitate internal and external Pilot Line meetings.
- Support dissemination and communication activities in collaboration with relevant partners.
- Regulatory Knowledge: learn and stay up-to-date with project management best practices and the regulations governing competitive funding calls and proposals.
This position will be dedicated full time to the** European Chips JU Pilot Line project PIXEurope directed by Prof. Dr. Valerio Pruneri** within the ICFO’s Competitive Funding team.
This contract has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe under the Grant Agreement # 101213727, Chips Joint Undertaking (Chips JU) and the Spanish Ministry for Digital Transformation and Civil Service, and is supported by funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR).

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of Economics, Business administration, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a research project department.
- Fluency in English, Catalan and Spanish is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international research environment.
- A strong service orientation combined with initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to organizational excellence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fostering clear and effective collaboration.
Additionally, it would be considered as a plus:
- Secured a Master or a PhD degree in a relevant area of Science or Engineering.
