We are now seeking an experienced **Technical Leader** to guide the development and operation of ICFO’s PIC packaging and testing infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment with strong industrial engagement.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Play a central role in the design, setup, and daily operations of a new PIC packaging and testing facility.
- Coordinate and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and technicians, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Lead procurement activities, from defining technical requirements to acceptance and implementation of high-end equipment.
