Functional Analyst

We need to strengthen the IT SecFinance team with a **functional profile** that has **business knowledge**, has led **projects**, and ideally has **experience with Murex**.
The role would consist of:
- Creating and improving operational processes
- Having a global vision to adapt those processes to other regions
- Driving non-IT projects initiated by the business
- Streamlining internal procedures
- Enhancing reporting for the business
- Assisting with data collection for presentations to Management, etc.
- Acting as the point of contact for Compliance, Legal, Audit, and other bank departments
- Supporting functional analysis and improving the booking model in Murex for SecFinance operations
We are looking for someone to join us in **Madrid**, with **10+ years of seniority** and a **high level of English**, as they will work with different geographies and with our teams in **Poland**.
