Interview will be conducted in English.Studies: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis techniques.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience in automotive industry is a super plusTechnical skills :Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories, functional specs).Strong knowledge of business process modeling (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts).Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).Familiarity with SQL and ability to query databases for data analysis and validation.Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Basic knowledge of system integration concepts, APIs, and data mapping.Ability to create and execute test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Experience working with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems (optional, depending on industry).Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Visio or Lucidchart.Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.Critical thinking and the ability to challenge assumptions and identify better solutions.Team collaboration and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, changing environments.Time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership and accountability.?
