Estamos buscando a alguien con al menos 3 años de experiência en la gestión de servicios de TI en entornos de cloud computing. Además, estamos buscando a alguien que tenga experiência trabajando con clientes en el sector bancario. ¿Eres esa persona? Sigue leyendo**¿Cuáles son tus responsabilidades?**:
Como Service Manager de Cloud ITSM, serás responsable de:
- Trabajar con el equipo de gestión de servicios y los clientes para asegurar que se cumplan los acuerdos de nível de servicio (SLA).
- Asegurar que el equipo de soporte técnico tenga los recursos adecuados para proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente.
- Coordinar la implementación de nuevas soluciones de cloud computing y servicios de gestión de TI.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar los procesos y la eficiencia en la gestión de servicios de TI.

**¿Qué habilidades necesitas?**:

- Experiência en la gestión de servicios de TI en entornos de cloud computing.
- Tecnologías obligatorias: Gestion del cambio. ITSM ServiceNow, CLOUD
- Tecnologías deseables: ITIL.
- Experiência trabajando con clientes en el sector bancario.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Capacidad para identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer soluciones innovadoras.
- Inglés: B2-C1
