**Job Description**:
As our IT Risk & Governance Manager you’ll provide assurance to management over procedures and practices operated by current and prospective clients and other interested parties. You’ll provide operational resilience from an IT perspective across the UK business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to internal organisational maturity, certifications, and accreditations
- Ensuring successful delivery of professional service engagements to clients
- Leading the continuous improvement and monitoring the quality and use of information within the supporting functions
- Leading the development and implementation of policies and procedures to support the delivery of IT Governance.
- Leading the development and delivery of training and awareness programmes to support IT Governance
- Preparing reports to the Governance Steering Group
- Developing and monitoring indicators to measure local performance.
**What we need from you?**
- Planning, implementing and maintaining ISO 27001/9001.
- Conducting and facilitating audits and external assurance programmes.
- Playing a leading role within an IT portfolio planning, scheduling and prioritisation function
- Resource planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis
- Introducing new processes and step change improvements to process at an IT wide/organisational level
- Managing stakeholders across all business and technology functions at all levels including Executive level.
