¿Tienes don de mando? ¿Has estado encargado de un establecimiento hostelero como cafetería o restaurante? ¿Eres una persona de gestión y operativa? Pues te estamos buscando Necesitamos cubrir una vacante de Unit Manager para uno de nuestros centros de colectividades ubicado en la zona de Badalona, tu funciones serán:
1. Gestión de la cuenta de resultados/ explotación
2. Control de costes
3. Gestión de un equipo de trabajo
4. Coordinar los diferentes servicios del centro
5. Interlocución con el cliente
6. Control de HSEQ y APPCC
7. Selección y formación del personal
8. Gestión y coordinación de eventos propios del centro

**Requisitos**:
- Experiência mínima de 4 - 5 años gestionando cafeterías, restaurantes, o colectividades
- Experiência en servicios a dirección
- Experiência gestionando equipos.
- Habilidades comunicativas, liderazgo.
- Dotes de atención al cliente
- Conocimientos de gestión de presupuesto. Será necesario buen manejo de herramientas informáticas como Excel/ Power Point.
- Envíos de mails
- Conocimientos de Retail
- Conocimientos de gestión
- Dominio de los idiomas altamente valorado
- Dominio del programa Excel
- Preferiblemente vehículo para llegar al lugar de trabajo

Se ofrece

- Contrato inicial de 3 meses como periodo de prueba paso el periodo de prueba pasa a indefinido
- Jornada: 40hrs a la semana
- Incorporación inmediata
- Turnos y horarios rotativos y en principio de L-V en turno de mañana, pero algún fin de semana o turnos de tarde debe tener la flexibilidad para poder ver la operativa
- Salario convenio colectividades según valía a 14 pagas
