**Overview**
- We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Head of Finance & Treasury to lead and coordinate various financial areas including accounting, administration, tax, and treasury within the group, and liaising with external advisors when necessary.
- Reporting directly to the Spain CFO, with substantial growth potential within the company and exposure to both Medivet Spain and Medivet UK Management Teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and supervise monthly financial closures of different group entities.
- Lead and coordinate the internal accounting and administration team (currently 4 people)
- Coordinate and supervise tax fillings (VAT, Income Tax, etc.) of group entities with our tax advisor.
- Coordinate and supervise Immediate Information Suply (SII) filings and ensure deadline compliance.
- Coordinate both internal and external financial statements audits of group entities.
- Provide monthly reporting to the UK headquarters and support in the preparation of their accounts and audits (IFRS).
- Prepare and review annual accounts of group entities.
- Participate in IT system integration processes (ERP and clinic management systems).
- Conduct financial due diligence prior to the acquisition of new entities or business units and monitor compliance with financial clauses in both share and assets purchase agreements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in financial departments as Head of Administration or Finance. Previous experience in audit and knowledge of IFRS will be positively considered.
- Experience in group companies with distribution networks and PE-backed businesses, specially in the healthcare environment would be highly valued.
- Highly organized and responsible person with attention to detail.
- Proactive with the ability to make autonomous decisions.
- Experience in process automation, simplification, and standardization.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Experience with PowerBI and Corporate Performance Management tools such as OneStream, Oracle-Hyperion or Tagetik is a plus, but not mandatory for the position.
