Como
Head of Finance
, serás responsable de supervisar todas las operaciones financieras, garantizar la salud financiera de la empresa y liderar la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Jugarás un papel clave en la optimización de sistemas ERP para agilizar procesos, mejorar la precisión de los informes y apoyar la escalabilidad del negocio. Este puesto requiere una combinación de pensamiento estratégico, experiencia técnica y ejecución práctica.
Requisitos:
- Título universitario en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o áreas relacionadas.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en roles de liderazgo financiero, preferiblemente en startups o entornos de rápido crecimiento.
- Historial comprobado en la implementación o gestión de sistemas ERP (por ejemplo, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Sólida experiencia y conocimiento funcional de ERPs.
- Sólidos conocimientos en modelado financiero, previsión y análisis de datos.
- Experiencia práctica escalando funciones financieras en organizaciones dinámicas..
- Habilidades excepcionales para resolver problemas con una mentalidad proactiva.
