33882 A very exciting opportunity has presented itself for an accomplished
**Head of Finance Operations** to join a globally leading company in the travel tech industry. This individual will be ambitious, driven, and excited to build a team and the function around them; joining an established brand with all the spirit and growth of a company in it’s early stages.

**The Head of Finance Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate documentation and reports for the finance, operations and regulatory functions of the entity.
- Lead the operations within reconciliations, settlements, adjustment and safeguarding accounts.
- Coordinate and strategise with internal and external stakeholders and team managers, including leaders of Finance, Treasury, Product, Operations, R&D, Commercial and Legal.
- Work with corporate functions to define policies and procedures that will structure the operational processes behind day to day activities within the business.
- Collaborate with regulators on reporting and other related issues.

**What You Bring To The Table**:

- Previous experience within a financial operations capacity
- Broad knowledge of settlements, regulatory reporting, acquiring, reconciliation, and disputes
- Rewrite and create processes
- Experience in the finance / payments industry
- Experience reporting to banks and other financial / payments regulators
- Previous work in back account reconciliations
