The Senior Digital Consulting Manager will drive Business Development and Growth through digitalization of the Professional Consulting Services. You would be the first person in this region.

- As a Digital Consulting Manager, you will work at the intersection of business and technology to enable the digitalization of Professional Consulting Services.
- You will expand the global footprint between global Consulting Networks and Celonis to establish strategic partnerships in the region. With your expert knowledge, you'll enable and support Consulting Partners to transform Analog Business Process Knowledge into Digital Service Solution on the Celonis Process Mining Platform.
- You'll develop go-to-market strategies and define future action plans to track the digitization of professional services. At Celonis, you will work in an innovative, dynamic and international environment, where you collaborate with not only various experts in the field of data science and software development but also cutting-edge technology. **The qualifications you'll need**:
- Are a business driver with entrepreneurial spirit and sales acumen, ambitious to break new ground and identify opportunities for growth
- Have gained extensive experience in Consulting business as Senior consultant or equivalent level
- Work effectively with people at all levels and enjoy interacting with Partner & Senior Partner Management as well as Consultants and building strong relationships
- Think analytically, work in a structured and problem-solving oriented manner and possess a thorough understanding of complex business processes of any kind
- Are very engaged and visionary and want to actively drive the digitalisation of the professional services industries
- Have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, in English.
