We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our team in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

**Mission**:
Salesforce Consultants help companies implement or enhance a popular customer relationship management platform. These consultants must meet with the clients to discuss options and make recommendations as well as remain in close contact until the completion of the project.
A Salesforce consultant specialized in contact center would be responsible for designing, operating, and integrating Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business. They would provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and development and work with clients to develop solutions that are in line with their requirements.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.
- Provide day-to-day administration, strategy, troubleshooting, and support of the Salesforce platform.
- Work with all areas of the business to understand their business requirements and help them configure Salesforce to meet their needs.
- Create and maintain system-related documentation such as business requirements, process flows, data maps, configuration worksheets, etc.
- Train users on new features and functionality.

**Required profile**:

- Experience in Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud
- IT Skills: Contact Center, Amazon Connect, Salesforce Certifications
- High level of english
