We’re expanding our team, and we’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant with one year of experience in Salesforce and fluent Spanish proficiency.

Your mission

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for any users within the company or projects who have inquiries or require training on a specific Salesforce product.

Responsibilities

- Defining, scoping and implementing Salesforce projects from start to finish on time and within budget, collaborating with internal teams, technical architects, the client, and developers.
- Developing and overseeing sophisticated Salesforce automations/flows and aiding in Data Migration tasks as necessary.
- Managing the client's project tasks, including system testing, user training, and the transition to live operations.
- Leading a minimum of 2 projects at the same time
- Use of Agile methodology.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Experience working with Salesforce on different platforms.
- High proficiency in Spanish.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Desire to learn more about Salesforce.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.

Good to have

- Experience in software development, data analysis, or IT is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
