Key responsibilities:


• Technologies and projects: Salesforce Cloud Sales, Service, and Communities (Experience). Experience with Field Service would make this an ideal candidate.

Requirements
:


• Senior functional consultant with knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience to support Salesforce projects and maintenance. Minimum 4 years of experience and certifications are desirable. Knowledge of Field Service is a plus.


• Developer skills are ideal (but not the primary role).

Expectations
:

Minimum 4 years of experience in working with Salesforce technology.

Proficient knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools.

Experience in implementing business processes, working with clients and development teams, and understanding key architectural concepts and the Salesforce ecosystem.

Very good command of the English language, communication skills and willingness to work in an international environment.

Project
:

IT transformation based on Salesforce products: Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Salesforce Platform. Additionally, integration with the mobile application. The team consists of about 10+ people.
