FUNCIONES
- Talent Management:

- Gestión de los artistas (calendario, tarifas acciones, producción)
- Captación nuevos talentos
- RRPP:

- Activación, gestión y seguimiento de las campañas (rodajes, seedings, rrss)
- Creación de reports y presentaciones
- Asistencia a eventos y rodajes
- Mailing diario y contacto con clientes
- Base de datos: Actualización y mantenimiento constante

HARD SKILLS
- Manejo de Excel
- Inglés
- Manejo de Adobe, Power Point, Canva, Unfold, Google, Linkedin, y otras plataformas de trabajo y diseño.
- Conocimiento de Social Media (Instagram y Tik Tok)
- Trato con proveedores y búsqueda de los mismos
- Habilidades de producción (shootings y producciones audiovisuales)
- Sensibilidad del gremio audiovisual/makeup/stylist marcas de makeup/maquilladores
