En LALIGA, organización líder en la industria del deporte y referente internacional en innovación, comunicación y expansión global del fútbol, buscamos incorporar un/a Talent Manager Internacional para el área de Embajadores, Influencers, Marca y Patrocinios.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de la gestión y coordinación del talento internacional, embajadores y social opinion leaders de LALIGA, asegurando la coherencia de todas las acciones con la estrategia global de comunicación y marca. Este rol combina visión estratégica, ejecución operativa y capacidad de gestión en entornos multiculturales.

FUNCIONES
  • Selección estratégica de talentos y embajadores en función de los objetivos de campaña y posicionamiento de marca.
  • Coordinación y diseño de campañas específicas, activaciones y colaboraciones internacionales.
  • Contacto directo con embajadores, talentos y social opinion leaders, así como con agencias y equipos internos, garantizando un seguimiento integral de las acciones.
  • Organización de viajes, agendas y tareas logísticas asociadas a eventos y activaciones.
  • Supervisión de campañas durante eventos y partidos, principalmente en fines de semana.
  • Evaluación del impacto y elaboración de reportes de resultados y aprendizajes.
  • Apoyo transversal a las áreas de Marca, Comunicación Internacional y New Media para el desarrollo de proyectos globales.
REQUISITOS
  • Grado o Licenciatura en Comunicación, Marketing, Relaciones Internacionales o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión de talento, embajadores o proyectos internacionales, preferiblemente en los sectores deportivo, entretenimiento o lifestyle.
  • Alto nivel de inglés (mínimo C1); se valorará conocimiento de otros idiomas (portugués, árabe, entre otros).
  • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos multiculturales y coordinar equipos distribuidos.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y trabajar algunos fines de semana según calendario de eventos.
SE VALORARÁ
  • Conocimiento del ecosistema deportivo y de los perfiles de talento vinculados a la industria del fútbol.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de activaciones internacionales con marcas o embajadores.
  • Capacidad de análisis y dominio de herramientas de planificación, seguimiento y reporting.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, orientación a resultados y atención al detalle.
