What will you do?
We are looking for a proactive, well organized and detailed oriented People Operations Coordinator (Intern) to support our People Team in a variety of HR Operational duties. To succeed in this role you should be familiar with core People processes and Spanish Employment Law.
Main tasks:
- Providing assistance with addressing HR inquiries from employees;
- Supporting overseeing of the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, time off, benefits, and leave management;
- Collaborating with the People Operations Manager, external provider (PayFit), and finance team to ensure accurate payroll delivery;
- Ensuring the accuracy and currency of data in our internal HRIS (BambooHR);
- Contributing to Talent Acquisition efforts;
- Engaging in various People Team initiatives such as Employee Surveys, Engagement, and Events.
**Requirements**:
- Currently enrolled at a university (in order to establish an internship agreement), pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;
- Comprehension of Spanish Employment Law;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills;
- Robust organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver accurately;
- ‘We over me’ attitude, drive for continuous improvement & accountability;
- Eagerness to learn;
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
