Overview Join to apply for the Operations Coordinator role at Alan . For this opportunity, you will be based in France , Belgium or Spain and work as part of the Operations team delivering at scale our insurance and health services. You will join a team of 50+ Operations Professionals across countries and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Care, and other teams. Responsibilities The Operations Coordinator works on a specific subset of services (e.g., claims reimbursement, fraud, clinic operations) and is involved in: Run our Insurance or Health services processes — these are the daily operational tasks our Ops Runners perform Day-to-day follow-up and monitoring of operations Flag risks and opportunities and support improvements In detail, your missions are : Operating our processes such as invoicing or claims treatment, managing our provider network, and supporting internal teams (live and via documentation) Defining and owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes, efficiency, SLAs, and identify risks or improvements Supervising partnerships , participating in negotiations, and ensuring business continuity Performing controls on daily operations to ensure correct decisions and identify training needs Escalating feedback and helping to prioritise initiatives to improve processes and services Continuous improvement (about 20-30% of the time): you may automate processes, improve external communications, audit processes, or automate steps using tools. Organization and scope Our Run organization consists of pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for their scope. Topics include: Alan therapy — manage therapist relationships, demand vs. supply, and lifecycle steps (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, booking management) Claims — process claims, monitor provider performance, ensure on-time glasses delivery, and maintain customer satisfaction Fraud — run checks on claims, investigate suspicious activity, and prevent fraudulent payments Setup — onboard/offboard customers smoothly and support invoicing; ensure consistent information for billing Note: we value flexibility; based on Alan’s needs and your interests, you may join different pools and explore new scopes over time. Experience and qualifications We are targeting a mid-senior level candidate.
