As Managing Director, you will lead and grow a global team of recruitment and search professionals to provide sourcing, longlisting, executive search and other recruitment services for the global development community.

**More about the Managing Director role**

You will lead a global team of experienced recruitment and search professionals to provide sourcing, longlisting, executive search and other recruitment services for the global development community with a focus on: growing the business, strengthening internal systems and processes, and maintaining a strong team culture of learning and development.

**More about you**
- A mature understanding of the global development and humanitarian sector along with an existing network of professionals
- Experience either running a recruitment and search business, or running a business line or providing recruitment services within a mission-driven environment
- Proven track record of managing a P&L to include growing a business line with mínimal oversight
- Excellent leadership skills in a collaborative, cross-cultural environment focused on nurturing talent

To fit well in this role you must have...
- 15 years experience in global development and/or recruitment and search
- Experience managing and leading teams in a cross-cultural environment
- An entrepreneurial spirit with hunger to develop a sustainable business and nurture talent
