The agency follows a KPI based and goal-oriented strategy to help the clients meet their goals in every stage of their customer journey, and the agency provide them with performance marketing solutions that are specifically tailored to their business momentum and industry.

The offices are located next to the beach in Barcelona, in one of the city's most cutting-edge hubs.

Role and duties:
The agency is looking for a seasoned expert in Performance Marketing, with an ability to inspire client engagement and fuel account growth. As a Managing Director, your main responsibility will be overseeing operations and providing strategic leadership, together with the following duties:

- Setting the overall strategic direction of the company alongside the board and the top-management.
- Increasing BR Media’s customer base through new business generation
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing clients by overseeing project and ongoing client work, participating in planning, and driving strategy.
- Being accountable for providing an exceptional client experience across every interaction between the client and company.
- Collaborating with the Operations Manager to manage existing client revenue goals and projections, and manage individual client profitability
- Nurturing the team’s efficiency, retention, and growth, which includes managing capacity, guiding professional development, and facilitating internal communications among workgroups.
- Maintaining positive and trust-based relationships with clients, business partners and shareholders.

**Requirements**:

- +5 years of marketing agency experience on professional marketing accounts.
- +5 years of related managerial experience in an agency setting, preferably in Account Based Marketing management position.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and effectively implementing digital marketing services (SEM & Acquisition, CRM & Loyalty Mkt, SEO, Mkt Automation, Channel Execution) with a working knowledge of agency’s integrated services.
- Demonstrated experience in New Business generation and RFP proposals with demonstrated ability to understand a client’s unique and complex business dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage team capacity.
- Growth mindset with results-driven approach.
- Analytical skills coupled with project management and planning skills. Excellent communication skills to ensure effective conveyance of information and execution of duties.
