We are looking for a **Controller **to join one of the companies of a multinational group in the **biotechnology sector**.

The primary responsibilities of this role are:
**Financial reporting**
- Maintain and improve on best financial practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Co-ordination & consolidation of month end
- Adhere to local Spanish GAAP for local accounting and IFRS for reporting to ABF

**Forecasting and budgeting**
- Work with non-finance managers to drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process
- Deliver a high level of forecast accuracy

**Operational reporting & analysis**
- Provide insightful and timely operational reporting and analysis
- Provide analysis for use in monthly management meetings

Support the business to manage and achieve its financial targets and objectives

**Business partnering**:

- Partner the HNH team on business as usual (BAU) topics such as product costing and pricing
- Build and leverage strong partnering relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- Support the business to manage and achieve its financial targets and objectives
- Clearly communicate financial analysis, value-adding insight, and proposed actions to business unit management

**Other**
- Support ad-hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function

**What do we need from you**
- 2-5 of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in Spanish and confident working in English
- Strong excel skills

**What we offer you**

- Salary 35k + variable
