**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the EURO Payroll team, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees within the EURO region.
- Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of payroll-related reports and filings.
- Manage the payroll checklists and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to address payroll-related issues and provide solutions.
- Conduct regular checks of payroll processes to identify and address any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with the Global Operations team and the General Ledger (GL) team to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.
- Provide training and development opportunities for payroll team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
**EXPERIENCE**:

- 7+ years experience of HR related disciplines with 5 years in a HR Operations environment.
- 7+ years experience in managerial roles which required interactions with senior management.
- Experience working in complex international/multi-cultural and fast moving environment.
- Sound HRIS management (reporting audit database management) is preferred.
- Fluent in English and specific regional language.
- Bachelors degree in business human resources organizational psychology or equivalent.
- Member of professional HR association.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices within the EURO region.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated experience in team management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification.
- Experience with multinational payroll processing.
- Fluency in English and any additional language is a plus.
