Our Finance internships offer a unique opportunity to launch your career as you’ll get immersed in our globally diverse organization, develop your skills and build your professional network. As a DSM-Firmenich intern, you’ll spend one year learning about a worldwide growing and transforming industry and gaining invaluable experience working on projects in Barcelona, Spain.

**You bring**
- Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn about finance processes and how they support broader business goals.
- Has familiarity with financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Familiar wiht datasets and shows interest in learning tools like Power BI, Python and similar.
- Approaches data with attention to detail and applies logical thinking to solve analytical problems.
- Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting quantitative information to support decision-making

**You bring**
- Completed Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with additional business qualification
- Gained already a first experience through apprenticeship, business specific preferably, international internships, or studies abroad
- Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the relevant technology skills (e.g. MS-Office, BI systems, Powerpoint)
- Have a strong command of English, both written and spoken as it is our working language.
