Apprentice Finance Planning Project

Barcelona, Spain

**Key responsabilities**
- Assist in collecting, structuring, validating, and ensuring the quality of finance-related master data such as cost centers, GL accounts, and product hierarchy.
- Support the mapping and reconciliation of data between legacy systems and the new planning solution.
- Help maintain the project backlog, tasks, and timelines using Jira, and contribute to preparing meeting materials and documentation in Confluence.
- Participate in user acceptance testing, document the results, and follow up on any defects or issues.
- Assist in creating end-user documentation and provide support during deployment and training sessions.
- Coordinate communication between local business units and central teams, supporting alignment of data requirements across business and technical stakeholders.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with strong interest in financial planning processes and project-based work.
- Clear and concise communication in English (additional languages a plus).
- Good organizational and time management skills, Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of data structures, with attention to detail and accuracy. Database management and critical analysis (is a plus).
- Advanced management of Microsoft 365, proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.).
- Technical skills: Experience with Jira, Confluence, SAP BW4/HANA, SAP Analysis for office, SQL, ETL (is a plus)
