We are looking for our new Insurance Billing Analyst to help analyse the applicable regulatory framework and manage the monthly accounting and rolling forecast for Lead Premium, as well as commissions and PBs in a Mission critical position.
We are constantly transforming the way we work, as well as the products we offer to our customers. To achieve this goal, the Insurance Billing Analyst's role is key to lead the management of insurance premiums, commissions and associated Rolling Forecast and PB accounting.
Join our team as an Insurance Billing Analyst, based in our Barcelona headquarters, to take part in the exciting journey of the Insurance Billing Analyst. You will participate in the exciting journey through the full life cycle of the company, supporting the review of internal operational processes.
**Who are you?**
You know what teamwork is and you like autonomy. You are also a self-motivated and energetic insurance billing analyst who works unsupervised, but you do not mind asking questions if necessary.
You are a natural leader who likes to empower team members, promote innovation and are able to work collaboratively with others and make the most of their skills.
You are an excellent communicator and a great team player.
**What does your day-to-day look like?**
- Premium and PANE monthly accounting and reconciliation control, on Direct and Reinsurance business
- Commissions monthly accounting and reconciliation control on Direct and Reinsurance business
- Insurance Clients and Brokers accounting management and reporting (Aging control, dunning, collections/netting, reporting/support commercial dept.).
- Clearing and control suspense accounts
- Forecast Premium/ Commissions Forecast and Budget scenarios
- Management and maintenance monthly and budgetary auxiliary reporting.
- Management and maintenance statistical/data information required by information regulatory external authorities (BNB, ICEA,Ine ) and internal (Tax, internal controls,etc ).

Your skills and experience**
- Solid and demonstrable Accounting / financial knowledge especially valuable within the insurance field or regulated entities.
- Valuable experience in complex environments, with interaction and participation in international environment / projects.
- Analytical vision.
- External and Internal Client oriented (Comercial Dept/Controlling /Actuarial).
Advance Excel user.
- Accounting degree qualifications.
