**The Role**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Analyst to join our Operations Finance team. This is an ideal role for someone with 2 years of experience in finance, billing or business operations within a SaaS environment that wants to join a top-tier and fast growing company that is transforming and highly impacting the billing and ERP Spanish industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and oversee the day-to-day operations of the subscription management system
- Proactively resolve any system discrepancies or operational issues related to billing and subscription logic
- Manage subscription lifecycle events on demand like refunds, prorating invoices, exchange rates, credit notes, etc. All of this partnering with the customer success team
- Manage the sending of purchase and sales invoices to the AEAT through the SII
- Work together with the rest of the finance team during monthly and annual monthly processes
- Manage financial disputes
- Automate financial processes using data analysis tools
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and analysis

**About you**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance or economics
- 2 years of experience in finance, billing or business operations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong attention to detail and accuracy
