- **Billing analyst with French **in
- ** Barcelona**.
- The incumbent will speak French and have the ability to perform transactional tasks with speed and accuracy, while at the same time having the focus on identifying the possibilities of automation and simplification.**As a Billing analyst you will**:

- Ensure excellent customer experience and full legal compliance by supporting, improving and developing work processes, perform data analysis and participate in improvement projects.
- Assure correct automatic and manual processing of customer invoices and to document and archive all relevant information.
- Enter and maintain customer specific billing and invoice delivery requirements, especially in the area of electronic invoice delivery, electronic data interfaces and public sector invoicing solutions.
- Support development and implementation of new work processes.

**You will have**:

- Advanced level of French, English and another EMEA language, Spanish ideally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and positive attitude.
- Highly organized and task prioritization. Working under time pressure.
- IT Knowledge: MS Office. SAP would be beneficial.
- 2-3 years of experience in an office environment.
