We are looking for a **Procurement Buyer** to join our Operations team and be a part of PDPAOLA's international expansion.

**Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to**:

- Developing and executing sourcing strategies for a diverse range of goods and services across PDPAOLA's departments to achieve cost savings
- Managing supplier relationships globally, focusing on performance improvement, cost reduction, and innovation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes, enhance customer experience, and drive operational efficiency.
- Contributing to the strategic development of the procurement function, with a focus on cost reduction, process improvement, and supplier relationship management. Providing ongoing support to local PDPAOLA teams to ensure procurement alignment and efficiency.**Specific responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify cost-effective sourcing options for specific product categories and service categories.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement supplier performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through effective risk management strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive procurement innovation.

Requisitos mínimos
