**Job Description Summary**
En Cushman and Wakefield estamos buscando talento para unirse a uno de nuestros equipos y marcar la diferencia en la gestión diaria.
Serás clave en el soporte administrativo, organizativo y operativo, ayudando a que todo funcione de manera eficiente: desde la coordinación de agendas y la gestión de documentación, hasta la organización de procesos internos y la atención a nuestros clientes.
**_ Principales Responsabilidades_**:
**Soporte administrativo**:
- Gestión de agendas (team meetings), coordinación de reuniones, organización de viajes, inscripciones a ferias y congresos.
- Preparación de presentaciones, soporte en la elaboración de pitches, informes y documentación comercial.
**Atención al cliente**:
- Primer punto de contacto para llamadas, correos y visitas de clientes.
**Gestión documental**:
- Archivo y control de contratos, fichas de inmuebles y documentación legal (PBC)
- Seguimiento y control de vacaciones del equipo
- Preparación de materiales de marketing y fichas de activos.
- Seguimiento de operaciones y apoyo en la coordinación de cierres.
- Facturación de clientes en Engage y envío de cifras a contabilidad
**Otras funciones**:
Back up /apoyo al equipo de recepción (cuando sea necesario)
**_ Perfil que buscamos:_**
Valorable titulación en Grado en Administración, FP Grado superior en administración y/o similares
Al menos 2-3 años de experiência en puestos administrativos o de soporte secretarial o similares.
Nível de Inglés: Muy alto (se realizará prueba de nível durante el proceso de selección)
