The Channel Development Manager will be leading the Sales and business development strategies to achieve market leadership and sustainable business growth for North and Western Africa market. The incumbent should work closely with external and internal stakeholders in driving the marketing and business development activities effectively to achieve the sales targets.
**What you will do**:
- Partner with internal/external Stakeholder in driving actions and execution to exceed commercial and financial targets.
- Identify and select new channel partners to deliver growth strategy.
- Identify market opportunities and threats, monitor competition activities.
- Gain and capitalize market knowledge to help the distributor in working out their sales tactics while partnering with marketing and pre-sales technical service team.
**What you need to have**:
**- **Minimum 8 years of related experience in Market / Business Development role within a technology-based company with complex B2B interactions focused on Distributor/Partner management.
- Customer Relations Management experience strongly desired. Strong ability to drive change and influence.
- Ability to lead and work within cross functional teams or projects.
- French and English fluent. Arabic is a plus
- Travelling more than 30%.
