? Asiste en la confección del estadillo (por ejemplo, responsable de reportar a la oficina de personal el informe de turnos, bajas, horas extras, licencias, vacaciones, etc.).
? Asiste en la supervisión tareas operativas y trabaja con otros departamentos para garantizar que el departamento funcione de manera eficiente.
? Apoye y aporte, participando en el diseño de la estrategia anual del departamento de alimentos y bebidas, asegurándose de cumplir lo establecido en el mismo.
? Asegure el cumplimiento de las expectativas y estándares de calidad; e identifique, recomiende, desarrolle e implemente nuevas formas de aumentar la eficiencia organizacional, la productividad, la calidad, la seguridad, y / o ahorro de costes.
? Prepare y revise documentos escritos (por ejemplo, registros diarios, cartas, memorandos, informes), incluida la corrección de pruebas y editar la información escrita para garantizar la precisión y la integridad.

? Amplio conocimiento culinario y de protocolo de servicio.
? Amplio conocimiento de producto, marcas y competencia en el mercado.
? Educación Secundaria Obligatoria.
? Experiência laboral demostrable como Assistant Restaurant Manager/Assistant Beach Club Manager en Hotel 5*GL.
? Se valorará experiência profesional como Jefe de Sector o 2º Maitre en otros establecimientos.
? Adaptar su horario a las necesidades de los clientes y del hotel.
? Castellano
? Dominio del idioma inglés con un nível mínimo requerido de B2
? Tercera lengua es un plus
