As a Front Office Manager* in Madrid, you will play a fundamental role in supporting our company in its day-to-day business.

**Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact for our customers, real estate agents and colleagues on site
- Professional answering and forwarding of incoming phone calls
- Reception and care of our guests as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings and events
- Organisation, planning and booking of business trips
- Independent office organization including ordering office supplies
- General administrative and organizational tasks

**Qualifications**:

- You have studied in the commercial sector or equivalent
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in the real estate industry
- You are organized and work efficiently
- You are a friendly, open-minded person who enjoys making phone calls
- You are characterized by a positive and empathetic charisma
- You have knowledge of basic office tools
- You are the good soul for our office in Madrid
- You have excellent written and spoken Spanish skills and good written and spoken English skills
