Global Quality Manager

**What your responsibilities will be**
- Issue and review Global Quality Policies and ensure its implementation in all the sites within Biopharma Business Unit
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices to drive innovation and improvement
- Foster harmonization of Quality Systems across Biopharma sites
- Coordinate Global Change Controls
- Coordintate global suppliers’ qualification and performance monitoring
- Coordinate the implementation of electronic Quality Management Systems
- Coordinate global Quality projects and initiatives
- Coordinate global Quality working groups comprised by different key users of the sites of Biopharma
- Perform oversight of Quality Systems and escalate risks detected to Senior Management
- Evaluate new applicable regulations and ensure it’s timely implementation
- Continuous support to the Quality areas of Biopharma

**Who you are**

- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience managing quality systems is required: change control, suppliers qualification and CAPA systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in project management
- Ability to facilitate change
- Develops collaborative working relationships
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to Biological products
- International experience
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- Ambitious, results-oriented, business-minded person
