- Proven experience in a high volume photo studio production operations, handling agencies/freelance bookings and trials for a variety of talents and models casting
- Proven experience with production tools, such as talents tracker, budget, call sheets, casting presentations
- Ability to serve multiple teams and categories
- Proven project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office MAC and PC
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key job responsibilities
- Manage talent research and booking required to staff a production in line with budgets and timeline, anticipate industry cycles and recommend booking strategies with the ability to problem solve and analyse post-mortem.
- Manage and book ad-hoc casting requests.
- Responsible for the scheduling, onboarding, booking confirmation process for the crew.
- Understand and manage contract terms, and partner closely with Legal teams to ensure proper SLA reporting.
- Understand and negotiate usage rights.
- Manage and track production budget and payment approvals, and partner closely with Procurement teams to ensure proper financial reporting.
- Negotiate with vendors and provide inputs in building the rates card, following established fees.
- Ensure all legal and safety documentation is accurately completed and received from incoming talents.
- Work closely with internal teams and advise business of required reallocation of workflow and talent.
- Understand creative direction for elevated imagery and is able to translate through sourcing of elevated talent within specified budgets, legal usages and timelines resulting in bar raising imagery.
- Manage production requests by Business partners, and partner closely with the Account Managers.
- Build production reports for studio and EU reviews.
- Hold in-depth knowledge of competitors and local industry market, whilst able to create a competitive analysis and continuously seeking to stay informed and communicate changes.
- Build and maintain production management tools such as Wikis, SOPs and shared drives. including Vendor and database management.
