Coordinates and guides the implementation of the GPS or global "Performance Appraisal Process" in permanent contact with the HR operations teams, providing them with constant support on the implementation and also attending all our internal customer requests or solving issues. Prepares updated follow up reports for business. 2. Prepares and participates in talent calibration meetings for the annual and global talent review and succession processes to identify capabilities and define the development needs of our employees. 3. Organizes tailored programs with the business to ensure our systems meet perfectly the client needs. Preparation of the ad-hoc analysis for different implementations depending on the internal client requirements. Ex. IG-Talent Review. 4. Active participation in the new Talent Programs, being co-owner of the assigned organization teams. 5. Provides support to the Organizational Development strategy and services from a global perspective to identify business needs tied to developing and engaging human capital. Co-facilitate sessions. 6. Executes the Employee Survey and defines together with the business all the actions to be performed. Once the action is finalized, ensures folllow up and consistency of agreements taken for all of them. 7. Participating in HR projects as a functional contributing thought partner, through collaboration with our local and global HR team to ensure consistency and create efficiencies. 8. Works with metrics, analyzes, summarizes, and presents data from surveys, assessments, and other empirical tools for all our HR Talent systems and tools. **Who you are** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Labor Relations, Economics or related field. Minimum of 3/5 years of experience in Talent Management, Development or Organizational Design. Having worked in an international /corporate environment is highly valued. Advance in English (C1) (valuable other languages) and Proficient with Microsoft Office. Data driven, analytical and digital skills. Consultation and facilitation skills. Project management skills to improve hr systems performance. Adaptability and Flexibility. Good presentation skills. Ability to look at the bigger picture as well as have a keen eye for detail.
