- Informando al
- **Jefe de Escala**, el
- **Duty Manager **es el responsable de- Líder del equipo de Agentes de Pasaje
- Responsable de la puntualidad, de un **excelente servicio al cliente**, y del control y desarrollo de nuestra cultura de Seguridad Laboral.
- Trabajando a turnos, este puesto es variado y satisfactorio profesionalmente, con importante responsabilidad operacional y sobre otros compañeros.-
- Experiência probada en la supervisión de equipos en un entorno dinámico y cambiante, con la habilidad de mostrar flexibilidad y anticipación en situaciones con gran presión.
- Líder que inspire y se comprometa con el desarrollo profesional de otros y que comparta nuestra pasión por cumplir con los más altos objetivos de servicio al cliente y seguridad laboral.
- Experiência en gestión / supervisión de entornos aeroportuarios es esencial y preferiblemente** con experiência en gestión** de recursos y horarios de trabajo.
- Hablar **Español e Inglés** de forma fluida.
