**About the Role**

Halborn is in hyper-growth mode and growing a 100% remote, globally distributed team. You are highly proactive, organized and forward thinking in your approach. You'll work with Halborn´s marketing team to support the overall marketing goals, with a strong focus on the upcoming product launches.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support the marketing team on events planning
- Liase with event organizers on ensuring proper deliverables of branding materials
- Plan & coordinate activities at an event with the internal team
- Planning travel arrangements for the attendees
- Organize side events along with Halborn partners
- Manage merchandise product life cycles from start to finish (sourcing, pricing, adding items to web stores, monitoring sales and inventory, supporting of swag at events)
- Vendor Sourcing & liasing
- Preparing proposals of ideas and plans for new ideas that could drive brand awareness and reach through our merchandising channel
- Shipments & tracking of merch while ensuring budget compliance
- Maintaining inventory quantities and ensuring adequate quantities are available both for the team and at events as needed.
- Coordinate with marketing team around new swag releases

**Qualifications**
- 2+ year(s) of experience in a fast-paced company organizing events (bonus points for experience with startups and or Crypto)
- Demonstrated experience working with suppliers, designing new products, and meeting tight deadlines are a huge PLUS.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Keen attention to detail and strategic thinking are a must.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to self manage, prioritize, and follow through with projects and responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively (we love team players)
- Superb judgment, positive and resourceful attitude, and affinity for research.
- Proactive self-starter with ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of and interest in industry updates, product solutions, and merchandise trends.
- Degree in merchandising, communications or marketing is a plus
