**Recruitment Coordinator | Remotely from Portugal or Spain**

**What you’ll do**:

- ** Schedule Interviews & facilitate fast pipeline progression;** you’ll book interviews for roles and partner with Hiring Managers to get the most out of their calendars and keep the pace
- ** Multitask in a fast-paced environment; **you will be scheduling interviews for multiple roles across various locations.
- ** Focus on process improvement; **Continuously look for ways to improve (and automate) our scheduling process to make it more efficient and scalable.
- ** Contribute to wider recruitment projects; **such as designing recruitment training material, implementing Employer Brand actions, and making Diversity and Inclusion at the heart of our successes

**What you’ll bring**:

- Ideally 6 months+ experience supporting a Recruitment Team hiring across multiple locations.
- Confidence working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever or Workable.
- Experience scheduling virtual interviews, ideally via Zoom or another video conferencing tool.
- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills, plus a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent relationship management skills and has built trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Confidence working within GSuite (Gmail, GSheets, GDocs, GSlides).
- Prior experience using Slack (or an equivalent tool) for internal communications.
- Full professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
