**HR Learning, Associate**

**To contribute and support the team responsible for the execution of HR activities related to Training and Talent management ensuring they are accurate and on time according to the Service requirements**

Main Responsibilities:

- Training and courses activation and management
- Providers and stakeholder management
- Support to learning and development
- FUNDAE management
- HR Admin tasks related

Required experience:
Professional / Job Experience
- Specific knowledge in FUNDAE subsidy management
- 2-3 of previous relevant experience in a Learning & Development HR department, administering Training processes in HR consulting, HR outsourcing or corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures
- Oracle and SAP Knowledge preferred
