**Your Key Responsibilities**

**Payroll and Data Management**:

- Overseeing the payroll process
- Verifying salary data
- Supporting employees on HR and payroll issues

**Collaboration and Compliance**:

- Working closely with HR teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitoring performance indicators
- Managing relationships with external partners

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Active participation in process optimization projects
- Contributing to cross-functional HR projects

**Personnel Administration**:

- Onboarding new employees
- Managing employee relations
- Legal and regulatory monitoring

**Analysis and Reporting**:

- Production of HR reports and data analysis
- Support for HR IT projectsParticipation in internal audits and compliance

**What we are looking for**
- Proven experience in payroll management or HR administration
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Proficiency in HR tools and ReportingKnowledge of social and legal regulations
